Background Checks and References

Additionally, reference checks are conducted by contacting former employers, managers, and colleagues. Candidates are asked to provide the names, email addresses, and contact numbers of their references. Prior to contacting these references, the company will seek permission via email. Feedback from references is compiled into a confidential report, which is used to assess the candidate’s suitability for the role.

The company reserves the right to reject any candidate who does not meet the job description or person profile agreed upon with the client. By submitting your application, you consent to this process. Your information will only be collected and processed with your explicit consent, and it will be used solely for recruitment purposes and internal analysis, such as assessing diversity and professional competence.
