Music, Sound, Lyric and Text
Ownership and Legal Use of Music
All music content provided, created, or uploaded on this platform is the exclusive intellectual property of the content owner, hereinafter referred to as “the Provider.” This includes all underlying musical compositions, encompassing melodies, harmonies, arrangements, lyrics, and any related musical notation, as well as the sound recordings of such compositions in any form or medium. From the moment of creation and fixation, the Provider holds full copyright and all related rights under the Danish Copyright Act (Ophavsretsloven) and applicable EU directives, which Denmark implements as a member state of the European Union.
These rights grant the Provider exclusive control over reproduction, distribution, public performance, communication to the public (including via digital transmission), adaptation, and any commercial or non-commercial exploitation of the music content. The Provider expressly reserves all these rights unless and until an explicit, written agreement is entered into transferring or licensing such rights to a third party. Such agreements must clearly specify the scope, duration, geographic territory, permitted uses, and any other conditions or limitations attached to the grant of rights.
No third party may copy, reproduce, publicly perform, broadcast, synchronise, upload, download, stream, or otherwise utilise any part of the music content without prior written authorisation from the Provider. This includes uses for commercial or non-commercial purposes, online platforms, or public presentations. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of the Provider’s rights under Danish copyright law and may result in civil and/or criminal legal proceedings, including claims for damages, injunctions, and legal costs.
Purchasers or licensees acquiring music rights through this platform receive only the rights expressly granted under the relevant purchase or licence agreement. Ownership of the underlying music remains with the Provider, and any granted rights are subject to the terms and limitations specified therein. The Provider explicitly reserves all rights not granted and retains the ability to enforce these rights to protect the artistic, moral, and economic interests associated with the musical works and recordings.
Ownership and Legal Use of Sound and Audio Elements
All sound elements, including ambient noises, sound effects, voice recordings, Foley effects, digital audio files, and other audio content provided or created by the Provider, remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Provider, protected by the Danish Copyright Act and EU law, unless and until rights are explicitly transferred or licensed under a written agreement.
The Provider retains full ownership and exclusive rights over these sound assets and grants no implicit permissions beyond those expressly stated in licensing or sale contracts. Third parties are prohibited from copying, modifying, broadcasting, publicly performing, uploading, or creating derivative works from the sound content without prior written authorisation.
In the case of voice recordings or audio featuring identifiable individuals, use is also subject to personality rights and privacy regulations under Danish law, including the Act on Processing of Personal Data (Databeskyttelsesloven), which implements the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Consent from any identifiable persons must be obtained before use or distribution, and relevant agreements must be maintained. The Provider affirms that such consents have been obtained for the material provided and expects licensees to respect these legal requirements.
All transfers or licences of rights relating to sound content are governed solely by explicit contractual arrangements that define the nature, scope, duration, and territorial limits of permitted use. Purchasers or licensees receive only those rights expressly granted and may not exceed the agreed terms. Unauthorised use beyond these terms is strictly prohibited and subject to enforcement under Danish intellectual property law.
Ownership and Legal Use of Textual Content
All textual works, including scripts, lyrics, literary texts, spoken word recordings, and any other written or transcribed materials created or provided by the Provider, constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and are fully protected under the Danish Copyright Act and relevant EU directives. The Provider holds all rights of reproduction, distribution, public performance, adaptation, and any other forms of exploitation or commercial use from the moment these works are fixed in a tangible or digital medium.
These rights remain vested solely in the Provider until a formal, written licence or transfer agreement is executed. Such agreements must clearly specify the rights granted, any limitations, the permitted uses, duration, and geographic territory. Without such an agreement, no individual or organisation is permitted to copy, reproduce, adapt, publicly perform, publish, translate, or otherwise utilise any portion or entirety of the textual content.
The Provider expressly reserves all rights not granted in the licence or sale agreement, including the right to create derivative works and maintain control over the integrity and attribution of the textual content. Users or purchasers must strictly adhere to all terms, restrictions, and attribution requirements stipulated in the licence.
Public reading, performance, or broadcast of the textual works may also require additional clearance from relevant collecting societies or rights organisations in Denmark, such as KODA or COPYDAN, depending on the nature of the work. Any unauthorised use of textual content is subject to legal penalties including injunctions, damages, and costs.
All music, sounds, text, and tones provided on this platform are original works created solely by us and are protected under copyright law. We assert and retain full and exclusive copyright ownership over all such creative content. Each file is produced using duly licensed software in accordance with applicable software licence agreements, ensuring that all aspects of production comply with intellectual property laws.
Our creative works are explicitly marked with copyright notices, including statements that all rights are reserved. This serves as a formal declaration that no part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly performed, adapted, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent. We hold a deep respect for intellectual property rights and rigorously enforce these rights to safeguard the integrity, economic value, and moral rights associated with our creations.
Furthermore, we maintain detailed records evidencing our authorship and copyright ownership, which provide legal protection against unauthorised use. Any use of our music, sounds, text, or tones without explicit authorisation constitutes infringement under relevant copyright legislation and may result in civil or criminal legal action.
